Partner with us in India

Viyanmani is actively seeking international partners in recycling, refining, and metallurgical technology. We bring an operating Indian plant, feedstock access, and local execution — and we are open on structure.

What We Are Looking For

An operating partner, not just a supplier

Viyanmani recovers Platinum Group Metals and precious metals at an operating facility in Gujarat. We are now looking to deepen our technical capability by working with established international companies — technology owners, refiners, engineering houses, and equipment suppliers — that have processes and know-how we do not currently operate.

We are deliberately open on commercial structure. A relationship can start as a single toll-processing campaign and stay there, or it can grow into licensing, engineering, or a jointly owned company. What matters to us is that the technical fit is real and that both sides are clear about what they are contributing.

Partnership Models

Five ways to work together

These are not mutually exclusive — most relationships begin with the lowest-commitment option and deepen as both sides build confidence.

01

Technology Partnership

Bring a proven process to an operating Indian plant, with Viyanmani carrying the local execution.

A collaborative arrangement in which a technology owner contributes process know-how, flowsheet design, and technical supervision, while Viyanmani provides the operating site, feed material, workforce, and regulatory interface. Suited to partners who want a route into the Indian market without establishing their own entity.

  • Process know-how and flowsheet transfer
  • Joint trials on Indian feed material
  • Viyanmani operates; partner supervises technically
  • Commercial terms by agreement — royalty, fee, or margin share
02

Job-Work / Toll Processing

Send material to us for processing and take your metal back — you retain ownership throughout.

Under a toll arrangement the material remains the property of the principal at all times. Viyanmani processes it to an agreed specification for a treatment charge, and returns refined metal or metal-in-account. This is often the fastest way to begin a working relationship, because it tests our assay accuracy and recovery on your own material before any capital is committed.

  • Principal retains title to the material
  • Agreed treatment and refining charges
  • Metal returned in kind, or credited to account
  • A low-commitment way to validate our performance
03

Technology Licensing

License your process for the Indian market under defined territorial and royalty terms.

A formal licence granting Viyanmani the right to operate a partner's patented or proprietary process within an agreed territory and field of use. The licensor retains ownership of the intellectual property and receives royalties, entry fees, or both, with performance and confidentiality obligations defined in the agreement.

  • Defined territory and field of use
  • Licensor retains ownership of the IP
  • Royalty, entry fee, or hybrid structure
  • Confidentiality and performance covenants
04

Joint Venture

A jointly owned Indian company combining partner technology with Viyanmani infrastructure and capital.

A shared-equity vehicle in which both parties contribute — typically technology, engineering, and training from the international partner, and site, capital, feedstock access, workforce, and regulatory standing from Viyanmani. Governance, profit share, and exit provisions are set out in a shareholders' agreement, and both parties share risk and reward.

  • Jointly owned Indian operating company
  • Contributions in technology and in capital or assets
  • Shared governance under a shareholders' agreement
  • Shared risk, shared reward, aligned incentives
05

Plant Engineering & Turnkey Partnership

Design and build a new or expanded line, from basic engineering through commissioning.

An engineering-led relationship covering flowsheet development, basic and detailed design, equipment specification and supply, erection supervision, commissioning, and operator training. Scope can range from a single unit operation — a scrubber, a furnace, a solvent-extraction circuit — up to a complete turnkey plant.

  • Basic and detailed engineering
  • Equipment specification and supply
  • Erection supervision and commissioning
  • Operator training and post-commissioning support
What Viyanmani Brings

Our side of the partnership

A partner's technology needs somewhere to run, material to run on, and people to run it. That is what we contribute.

Indian Infrastructure

An operating, access-controlled plant in an established Gujarat industrial estate, with the pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical sections, laboratory, and utilities already in place.

Investment

Capital commitment to the Indian entity — site, buildings, equipment, and working capital — so a partner's contribution can be weighted toward technology rather than cash.

Feedstock Sourcing

Established collection channels for spent autocatalysts, chemical catalysts, electronic scrap, and industrial residues across one of the world's fastest-growing vehicle parcs.

Workforce

Trained plant operators, chemists, and metallurgists, and the ability to recruit and scale a technical team at Indian cost levels.

Local Regulatory Support

Familiarity with Indian environmental and hazardous-waste regulation, pollution-control board procedure, import and customs formalities, and company-law compliance.

Local Market Access

Relationships across Indian automotive, chemical, petrochemical, electronics, and jewellery sectors — both as sources of feed material and as customers for refined metal.

Why India

Why this market, and why now

A Growing Secondary Supply

India's vehicle parc, electronics consumption, and chemical manufacturing are all expanding, and the end-of-life material that follows is becoming available at scale.

Cost-Competitive Operations

Construction, labour, and operating costs are a fraction of European equivalents, which materially changes the economics of a processing route that is marginal elsewhere.

Tightening Regulation

Extended producer responsibility and hazardous-waste rules are steadily raising the standard, favouring formal, compliant processors over the informal sector.

An Operating Base, Not a Greenfield

Viyanmani is already refining, so a partner starts from a working plant, an existing workforce, and established feedstock channels rather than from an empty site.

Next Steps

How a discussion usually starts

1

An introductory conversation

We describe what we currently operate and where our gaps are; you describe your technology and what a partner would need to bring. Under NDA where either side prefers.

2

A trial on real material

The fastest way to establish whether the fit is genuine. We send representative feed for testing, or process a trial campaign here, and both sides see actual numbers.

3

A site visit

You see the plant, the laboratory, and the team, and we walk the flowsheet together. Due-diligence documentation is shared at this stage.

4

Structure and terms

Only once the technical fit is proven do we choose the commercial model — toll, licence, JV, or engineering — and put a term sheet to it.

Let's find out whether the fit is real.

Tell us what your technology does and what you would need from an Indian partner. We will tell you plainly whether we can provide it.
