An integrated plant where spent catalysts, electronic scrap, and industrial residues are sampled, assayed, smelted, and refined into certified precious metal — with intake, laboratory, and refining all under one roof.

The Plant

Assay and refining under one roof

Our facility sits in the Ramdev Industrial Estate near Panoli GIDC in Gujarat — an established chemical and industrial corridor with road access to Mumbai and the Gujarat ports, and the regulatory framework that precious-metal processing requires.

The plant is laid out to follow the material: secure intake and weighing, then de-canning and milling, then a controlled sampling station, then the laboratory that sets the valuation. From there material moves to the pyrometallurgy section for smelting and on to the hydrometallurgy and refining section, where each metal is separated and purified.

Because sampling, assay, and refining all happen on the same site, a single party is accountable for the number your settlement is based on — and clients are welcome to witness the stages that determine it.

Processing Capacity

Actual processing capacity

Capacity is the question every serious partner asks first, so we state it plainly rather than in marketing terms.

We publish throughput figures only where they are documented and current, because capacity depends on feed type, grade, and campaign scheduling — a tonnage that is accurate for spent autocatalyst is not accurate for electronic scrap or chemical residues.

Tell us your material type, expected grade, and annual volume, and we will confirm in writing the throughput and turnaround we can commit to for that specific stream.

Due Diligence

Come and see it

We welcome site visits from clients, prospective technology partners, and counterparties conducting due diligence. A visit typically covers the intake and sampling areas, the laboratory, and the processing sections, with our technical team available to walk through the flowsheet and answer questions.

Clients sending material are also welcome to witness de-canning and sampling for their own consignments — the stages that determine settlement value.
